Grind Your Mind is the long-awaited debut album from Perpetual, a grindcore band hailing from Sabah, Malaysia. Formed in 1995, Perpetual had previously released several rehearsal tapes, demos, and split recordings before unveiling this full-length album on November 25, 2013, through The Noise Productions. The album comprises 10 tracks of intense grindcore, characterized by blast beats, discordant riffs, and aggressive vocals, drawing inspiration from genre pioneers like Napalm Death and Brutal Truth.
