F.U.'s — Hardcore punk band from Boston formed in 1981. Changed their name to Straw Dogs in 1986 to play a more heavy metal/hard rock sound. They took their name from a comment Wendy O. Williams made in an interview in which she said something to the effect that “Punk rock is a way of saying ‘F you’ to society.” F.U.'s was one of the early '80s Boston Hardcore bands that shaped the scene besides Boston Crew bands. F.U.'s was featured in a compilation This Is Boston, Not L.A. — a classic, definitive album for the Boston Hardcore scene.
